  • 2 cups wide egg noodles
  • 1 cup onions.
  • 2 tsp. Olive oil.
  • 1 cup carrots.
  • 1 clove garlic.
  • ½ tsp. oregano.
  • 1 cup celery.
  • 8 cups chicken broth.
  • 4 cups potatoes.

Beef and tater bake

This one is absolutely my favorite. It’s easy to make and very cheap too. You need 4 cups of frozen tater tots, ¼ tsp. garlic powder, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1 pound of ground beef, 1/3 cup 2% milk, 1 can French-fried onions, 1 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese, 1 tomato medium-sized, and 1 package of frozen broccoli, and 1 can of condensed cream of broccoli soup.

First, preheat your oven to 400o. Spread Tater Tots evenly in your baking dish (ungreased). Bake it, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Now, take a large skillet, put in crumbled beef, and cook it with medium heat until the color is no longer pink 5-7 minutes.

Drain, and stir in seasonings, milk, ¾ cup onions, ½ cup cheese and tomato, and soup. Heat it through, then pour over potatoes.

Now, bake it, covered, for 20 minutes. After done, sprinkle with the onions and cheese that you have left. Bake again, uncovered, until cheese is melted completely, 5-10 minutes more.

Black bean tostadas

Another easy and absolute delight of a recipe that you can make is black bean tostadas. In total, there are only five ingredients that you need. You can add or modify the recipe if you want to of course.

For this recipe, you need 8 tostadas, 2 cups shredded pepper jack, 2 cans of black beans, 1 piece of avocado, and enough hot sauce. First, rinse and drain 2 cans of black beans and slice the avocado.

Next, preheat your oven to 3500. Use a small saucepan and add beans and 1 cup of water. Turn on the heat to medium, bring to a simmer and simmer until beans are warmed through, 10 minutes. Now you can smash the beans with a wooden spoon until they are completely smashed with some beans are left intact. Add more water if you want a smoother consistency.

Next, place tostadas on a large baking sheet and sprinkle them with cheese evenly. Bake until cheese is completely melted, 5 minutes. Serve tostadas with beans, hot sauce, and avocado slices.
