Our Objectives

The Strong Family Association of America exists to:

  • Promote the recognition of our heritage
  • Provide a means of learning more of our forebears
  • Promote friendships among the diverse Strong family
  • Obtain and/or preserve artifacts of our heritage
  • Pass on all of the above to succeeding generations

    I am wondering how to find out any info on my Great Grandmother, Emma Cordelia Strong daughter of William B Strong and Sabrina Durham.William was born in 1817 in Delaware City, NY and his father was Alfred Strong, married to Amy Blakely. Emma was married to Benjamin F. Edge and made her home in Grand Rapids, MI. I do not have any other info other than that. I would like to know if there is a link to Elder John
